After their appearance at the Hollywood Bowl on June 9, 1967, The Monkees spent time in the studio recording songs for what would become their fourth LP, Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd. On June 23, the band departed Los Angeles for Paris, France. Over the next several days in the French capital, The Monkees filmed what would become the second season episode "Monkees in Paris."

The Monkees' concerts in New York City during their 1967 summer tour were a particular highlight, grossing hundreds of thousands of dollars and playing to 36,000 people over three nights.
Published after the 1967 summer tour, this booklet included 32 pages of black-and-white photos and was sold only through the mail.
The first page contains a list of hotels The Monkees stayed at during the tour, along with radio station hosts.
