Here's an excerpt from the article linked above:
TOM TALKS TO COOL PEOPLE — Maybe the title of the show doesn’t roll right off your tongue, but it does rather succinctly convey to a tee exactly what it is. Tom Petty talks to the key movers and shakers in the music business and his very first guest is Monkee-Micky Dolenz. Recorded last week in L. A., the show is set to start next month on SiriusXM … joining Tom’s other shows Buried Treasure and Tom Petty Radio. Petty has always had a decidedly unique perspective on music and the business of music (I’m half-way through his excellent biography Petty, written by Warren Zanes and it is unquestionably one of the best books like this I’ve yet read) and his interview with Dolenz is no exception. According to our inside source, Petty talked about Dolenz’s Monkee-years; about their upcoming tour and album and played several tracks from Micky’s excellent solo album Remember (2012). The Monkees are referenced several times in Petty and certainly Tom wanted the show kicked off in fine form. As soon as we get specific air dates, we’ll preview them here.
