After a short break, The Monkees Farewell Tour resumed last night with a performance in Memphis, Tennessee at Soundstage at Graceland. Thanks a lot to Andrew Sandoval for sharing the set list with the Live Almanac:
Since opening night last month in Spokane, Washington, the set has remained fairly consistent. "Through the Looking Glass" was switched out in favor of "Steam Engine" for three shows, but "Steam Engine" has now been replaced by "A Little Bit Me, A Little Bit You." Originally closing the main set before the encore, "Pleasant Valley Sunday" is now slotted right before intermission.
While in Memphis, Micky Dolenz visited Graceland and was joined by Andrew Sandoval and members of the band and crew.
And Michael paid homage to Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash at Sun Studio:
Tonight, Micky and Nez will perform at Tivolli Theatre in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Here are a few videos from Memphis. Check back soon for more footage!

Boooo. I’ve never seen them do Through the Looking Glass and was looking forward to hearing it tonight.

Have they *ever* done "Through the Looking Glass" in concert?

It's a shame that more tracks from Justus didn't end up in concert more frequently... I think the major reason that the Justus material doesn't make it into concerts is that the band (rightfully) believed that no one would know those songs.

The songs from Justus didn't make it past 1997--the year they were first played. Mike walked out on those songs after the first UK shows were done. That album got pretty awful reviews, and why would they want to play the weak songs from that album when they have a whole slew of great songs from their heyday that they can play? Heck, they never even played the extended version of "Circle Sky" again.

"While I Cry" is in the set list? I'm sold.

It's great to see a rotating position on the set list -- it adds a vitality to the tour. While I love "Looking Glass," I was grateful to hear "Steam Engine" in Phoenix, because its inclusion meant all 9 "original" albums were represented in the show. "A Little Bit Me" is a cool follow-up -- evocative of Davy, well suited for Micky, and a great singalong. Drop in "Shorty Blackwell" and my mind will be BLOWN!

As others have mentioned, “Steam Engine” was not one any of the original albums. It certainly SHOULD’VE been, but was not.

What original album was Steam Engine on? I thought it was not released on an album until it appeared on the Monkee Business picture disc in 1982.. (at least in America).

It was considered for inclusion on Present and Changes but wasn't released on LP until Monkee Business, I believe. While the the OP must have thought it was on changes, I agree with his larger point. Steam Engine is a much better track than Looking Glass

Agreed...I was present at the San Antonio Sound Check and got to see them run through Steam Engine as a bonus (we had a choice of Through the Looking Glass or Steam Engine and Steam won by show of hands...easily). That is a GREAT live song!

Things are subjective. I think "Justus" has fantastic songs. Fascinating and exciting album. Does anyone mean to tell me they don't think an audience wouldn't go crazy to "Regional Girl" live?

"Justus" seems to be a "marmite" album among fans. I love it and it is certainly in my top 3 Monkees' Albums. Agree that Regional Girl would fit in well. Some of the other songs may be too personal and although It's Not Too Late is another stand out track I cannot imagine anyone but Davy singing it.
