Last evening, Micky Dolenz, Michael Nesmith, and their band performed a private show at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. "The Mike & Micky Show" will officially open tonight in Medford, Massachusetts at the Chevalier Theatre. Here is the set list from Uncasville:
UPDATE 3/3/2019: It was initially reported that "Carlisle Wheeling" was a part of the Uncasville set list. That early report was incorrect.

Really looking forward to the show at the Beacon, HOWEVER I'm not real pleased that they took out St. Matthew, Propinquity, Some of Shelly's Blues, As We Go Along, Auntie's Municipal Court, Birth of an Accidental Hipster...these songs made this set of shows unique last year. I hope they bring them back to the setlist. Hoping that this was only because this was a "private show".

Hi JBG, as you may know, casino shows are generally shortened to get everyone back out to the slots.

I don't really frequent casinos, but what you are saying makes a lot of sense. Here's to hoping that you are spot on!

I agree with you. Casino shows are always shorter. The intent is to get you to spend money in the casino. I just go home afterwards!

Agree. Those songs were a key factor in elevating the first set of shows to epic, classic status.

Does anyone know if there was an intermission at the Mohegan Sun Arena show or did they play straight through? Just curious.

We went to see Peter, Micky & Davy at Mohegan sun Arena in 2011. There was no intermission and they did roughly two dozen songs that night. The setlist for that tour was usually about 40 songs, so yes, the comment about casino shows being shorter is absolutely correct.

They played 1 hour and 45 minutes straight with no intermission.

Swap out "D.W. Washburn" with "Shorty Blackwell" and it'd be perfect. Either way, great set list

The private show and regular show was all awesome. My son and I had a great time. Nez came around and shook everyone's hand at the private meet and greet. Micky took charge and set up how the photos would go. The mini concert sound check proved this is one HELL of a band. Huge nod to the music director.

yup, and it started with the video of peter playing "till then," which felt really appropriate.

Did they play "Auntie's Municipal Court" or "As We Go Along" in Medford? How about "Birth of an Accidental Hipster?"
